The mobile network around town areas in Paro, Haa, Phuntsholing, Thimphu, and Bumthang, is extensive. Networks like in the mountains are pretty poor. Most hotels and cafes have Wi-Fi internet access. Once you reach Bhutan, you will provide a tourist SIM card at your cost, if needed prior information.
